The City of Siemianowice Śląskie has awarded a municipal waste collection and management contract to a consortium led by ALBA Sp. z o.o. (with Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej Sp.o.o. as partner) for 7,817,212.80 PLN, effective from 30 June 2026. The scope includes collection and processing of municipal waste from residential properties, selective waste collection from designated public facilities and drop-off points, provision and maintenance of containers, operation of five mobile collection points, container repairs and sanitation, and implementation of an electronic monitoring system for container fill levels throughout the service period.
