Overview
The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is the audit of the Quality of Service Monitoring Surveys for Malta’s domestic letter mail Services. The MCA intends to appoint an independent organisation to verify that the system used by the contactor appointed by MaltaPost plc to monitor the Quality of Service measurement of local ordinary mail and bulk mail products is robust and secure and in conformity with the applicable CEN standards in the manner established in MCA decision notices.
