Externalisation des visites médiatisées dans le cadre des mesures de protection de l'enfance

The Conseil Départemental du Cher has awarded a framework agreement to UNION DEP DES ASS FAMILIALES DU CHER for the externalization of mediated visits within child protection measures. The contract, valued at €1,400,000, involves organizing and implementing mediated visits ordered through administrative or judicial child protection proceedings, providing educational support during visits between children and their parents or authorized third parties, deploying qualified professionals such as social workers and specialized educators, writing detailed reports, and participating in coordination meetings. The framework agreement runs for an initial one-year term, renewable three times, with a maximum annual budget of €350,000.
