Overview
2.1 Ausgeschriebene Leistung Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, einen Dienstleister zu finden, der über Fernzugriff bzw. vor Ort am Standort des Rechenzentrums (gegenwärtig in Stuttgart, zukünftig in Karlsruhe) den IT-Betrieb und die IT-Administration der IT-Infrastruktur des Rechenzentrums der Daten und Dienste im Öffentlichen Verkehr (ÖV) für die NVBW durchführt, so dass die Funktionalität der vorhandenen Systeme auch in Störfällen innerhalb fest definierter Zeitfenster garantiert ist. Die Daten und Dienste im ÖV umfassen die landesweite elektronische Fahrplanauskunft EFA-BW für Baden-Württemberg und angrenzende Regionen inkl. Echtzeit-Fahrgastinformationen, elektronisches Ticketing (Check-In-Check-Out) und Störungsmeldungen.
