Le présent marché fixe 2 objectifs majeurs qui sont pérenniser l'état du bâti en poursuivant la politique d'entretien des bâtiments dans le cadre de la PPI de la collectivité et améliorer l'étanchéité à l'air et à l'eau des façades. Le délai d'exécution, hors période de préparation, est de 8 semaines maximum (impérativement entre les semaines 28 et 35 de l'année 2025). Période de préparation de 4 semaines à compter du 10 juin 2025. Date butoir de fin de travaux : le 29 août 2025
