Overview
Die Stadt Vier-Tore-Stadt Neubrandenburg im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern plant die Neuerrichtung eines modernen Hallenbades. Die Bauherrenfunktion übernimmt die Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH. Die Stadtvertreterversammlung hat die europaweite Ausschreibung der Architektur- und Planungsleistung für den Bau eines Hallenbades durch die Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH in Neubrandenburg beschlossen. Die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen als Generalplanungsleistungen ist Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.
Die Planungszeit in Unterteilung nach Leistungsphasen gemäß HOAI beginnt im August 2025. Die Vorplanung ist im I. Quartal 2026 dem Auftraggeber zu übergeben.
