Sotsiaaltransporditeenuse osutamine Saaremaa valla elanikele

Saaremaa Vallavalitsus has awarded a social transport service contract for providing transport to residents with physical or mental care needs in Saaremaa municipality. The contract, valued at 1,303,543 EUR and awarded on 29 April 2026, was won by five service providers: Arvi Hallik, Kuressaare Taksojuhtide Ühing K-Takso, Raimond Reisid OÜ, Rando Kaubi, and SIINORITE TRANSPORTTEENUS OÜ. The service enables eligible individuals referred by the municipality's social department to access transport to medical facilities, work, education, public services, and other essential daily activities.
