The country representative has been instrumental in establishing the network for the Contracting Authority to work on the MoU and keep the momentum on the projects. During the last visit with the CEO, he managed to organize a meeting with the PM and 4 ministers, thus optimizing the efficiency of the CEOs visit. He knows InIn very well and can thus pas the information to counterparts, without the Contracting Authority being involved, reducing thus the need of our time in online meetings. He has also excellent relationships with the embassy, partly due to his past experience there, setting it up and the embassy opened. He collaborates and coordinates with the embassy staff, having built trust with the ambassador and the Dep. Ambassador.
