The scope includes extending the northern vehicle hall by three additional parking spaces, redesigning the social facilities to accommodate projected membership growth (from 86 to 136 members), and reorganizing car parking. The project involves constructing a new attached building with a hipped roof in solid masonry matching the existing 1996 structure, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, and utilizing the space beneath the elevated extension for storage purposes.
