SDEEG awarded a contract for the operation and maintenance of collective heating, hot water, ventilation, and air conditioning installations across multiple sites. The contract, valued at €17.1 million and awarded to a consortium of DALKIA, ENGIE ENERGIE SERVICES, and IDEX on 23 June 2026, includes energy management with performance incentives, equipment operation and maintenance with water treatment and legionella management, major overhauls and equipment renewal, and a call-off arrangement for ancillary works.
