La prestación de los Servicios contemplados en el marco del Servicio Municipal de Ayuda a Domicilio, a las personas beneficiarias a las que el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Montilla reconoce el derecho a percibir la prestación de Ayuda a Domicilio, a través de sus Servicios Sociales Municipales, (en adelante, SAD Municipal) así como a aquellas que, derivadas por los Servicios Sociales Municipales a la empresa adjudicataria, accedan al servicio a través de la prescripción y aprobación de la Ayuda a Domicilio en su correspondiente Programa Individual de Atención, en el marco del Sistema para la Autonomía Personal y Atención a la Dependencia (en adelante, SAD Dependencia).
