Die Hochschule Osnabrück mit Standort an der Albrechtstraße saniert im Zuge der Baumaßnahme den Gebäudeteil AC, der aus den 1960er Jahren stammt. Die Raumstruktur wird nur in geringem Maße im Zuge der Maßnahme verändert, ebenso wird die Gebäudehülle nicht bearbeitet, da sowohl die Fassade, mit Aluminiumfenstern, sowie das Dach in den 2000er Jahren im Zuge des Konjunkturpaketes erneuert wurden.
