Elle a pour objet le contrôles extérieurs relatifs aux ouvrages d'art en phase de réalisation et comprenant également des diagnostics, des sondages et des avis techniques pour ouvrages d'art, ainsi qu'une prestation d'assistance technique des projets. Le titulaire pourra être amené à réaliser des prestations en dehors des emprises des projets, mais uniquement pour les besoins et dans le cadre exclusif des grands projets et infrastructures de transport de la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur.
