Nový areál ředitelství KSÚS a CMS Říčany u Prahy

SMP Construction a.s. was awarded a contract valued at 254.9 million CZK on 4 June 2026 to construct a new headquarters and operational facility for the Central Bohemia Road Administration near Prague. The project includes administrative buildings, operational facilities with storage halls, garages, workshops, car wash facilities, and auxiliary infrastructure such as salt storage, geothermal heating systems, and provisions for electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels. The work is progressing with phased completion and handover of individual structures, prioritizing the administrative building.
