N03 / N04 Westumfahrung Zürich ist etappiert in den Jahren 2006 und 2009 eröffnet worden. Anlässlich der jährlichen Zustandsbewertungen der GE VII ist Sanierungsbedarf BSA erkannt worden. Ausserdem sind entsprechend dem Projekt Roadmap VM-CH Massnahmen (PUN) geplant. Zusätzlich wird mit GHGW und RaDo die Staubildung verringert. Im Zuge dieser Arbeiten, werden auch Massnahmen zur Umsetzung der Energiestrategie des Bundes realisiert.
