Topolovgrad Municipality awarded a contract to VEDIPEMA EOOD on 8 June 2026 for 7,000 EUR to assess compliance and provide construction supervision across three separate positions for energy renovation projects on multi-family residential buildings in the town. The scope covers conformity assessment and site supervision during the construction of three multi-apartment buildings undergoing energy efficiency improvements to reduce energy poverty on Hadji Dimitur Street No. 7, Hristo Smirnenski Street No. 19, and Hristo Smirnenski Street No. 35.
