The National Education Agency has awarded a contract to Starkodas for development and maintenance of an electronic tool for assessing Lithuanian language proficiency and acquired competencies among non-native speakers. The award, valued at 216,000 EUR and effective from October 2025, covers software maintenance services addressing tool and database operational issues on an as-needed basis, as well as development services including database modifications and new feature creation throughout the contract period.
