Helsinki's Social Services, Health and Rescue Department has awarded a framework agreement for supervised and supported visits between children and parents to 12 service providers, including AVA avopalvelut, Familar Oy, and others. The service, valued at 4.5 million euros, encompasses three types of visits—supervised visits, supported visits, and supervised exchanges—available on weekdays 12–20 and weekends 10–20, serving an estimated 144 child welfare and 230 family law clients during the contract period.
