Zgodnie z art. 257 Ustawy PZP Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
