Overview
La prestación de los servicios técnicos, objeto de este contrato, van dirigidos a “Personas en situación de calle” (PSC) que están alojadas en el Centro
de Acogida Municipal (CAM) de la ciudad de Málaga y que se incluyen en el denominado Colectivo de Personas sin Hogar (CPSH), así también a aquellas otras personas o familias que por falta de un hogar o por tener que abandonarlo igualmente tengan que ser alojadas, de forma transitoria, en
dicho equipamiento municipal. Justificados en el apartado 1º del Informe de Inicio, los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 116, apartado 4 de la LCSP.
