Overview
Das übergeordnete Planungs- und Überwachungsziel ist die Modernisierung des Betriebsstandortes Logauweg mit der Kernnutzung als Stadtgärtnerei. Darüber hinaus wird der Standort insbesondere als Ausbildungsstätte, Betriebshof für den städtischen Grünunterhalt Filder und als übergeordnete Kantine für städtische Mitarbeiter genutzt.
Gegenstand des Auftrages sind Generalplanerleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI und Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 und 2 HOAI für folgende Gebäude:
- Gewächshäuser östlich der Gebäudespange mit ca. 6.300m²
- Gewächshäuser westlich der Gebäudespange mit ca. 2.200m²
