NASK S.A. has been awarded a contract for the lease of 5.76 m² of colocation space in a data center facility located in Warsaw at ul. 11 Listopada 23a, with the award valued at 1,271,760 PLN as of March 10, 2026. The scope includes access to shared building areas, parking spaces, loading ramp facilities, and a fully equipped space with six 47U server cabinets configured in a closed cold-aisle setup, interconnected by single-mode fiber optic and Category 6a Ethernet copper cabling with high-density panels. The landlord provides building maintenance, utilities (heating, water, sewage), electrical and climate control system operation, security systems including 24/7 access control and video monitoring, and permits tenant improvements including installation of cable trays, electrical meters, and managed power distribution units.
