Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari de catre operatorii economici, inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 16 zile.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatiilor suplimentare, in a 12 zile -a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
