Die Stadt Elmshorn plant den Bau eines neuen Rathauses im Sanierungsgebiet Krückau/Vormstegen. Der in einem Wettbewerb ermittelte Siegerentwurf soll umgesetzt werden. Beim Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um
einen von der Städtebauförderung Schleswig - Holstein geförderten Bau.
Für das Bauvorhaben erfolgt eine Zertifizierung des Gebäudes nach dem Bewertungssystem
der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) für die Nutzung Büro in der
Version 2018 (NBV18) im DGNB-Qualitätsstandard "Gold". Die als Anlage beiliegende "Zertifizierung Hinweise und
Leistungsbeschreibung" des DGNB Auditors ist zu beachten.
