Maitrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation partielle de l'espace départemental des solidarités AVIGNON OUEST

The Département de Vaucluse has awarded a project management mission to ALD Ingénierie, BET VIAL, INFRA-TEC, and SCOP ECOSTUDIO for 136,800 EUR to oversee partial rehabilitation of the Espace Départemental des Solidarités in Avignon Ouest. The scope includes basic project management services, diagnostic phase, pre-consultation and post-consultation studies, coordination of fire safety systems, and OPC services as an optional supplement, with work executed on an occupied site requiring careful phasing to maintain public services. Additional complementary services include communication and maintenance management guidance, for a total anticipated construction budget of 1,500,000 EUR.
