Sämtliche Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI LPH 2-5, teilweise LPH 8 und sämtliche Bauleistungen sind schlüsselfertig und betriebsfertig, inkl. aller haustechnischen Leistungen, Innenausbau und Außenanlagen zu erbringen. - LPH 2-5, teilweise LPH 8 für Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI - LPH 2-5, teilweise LPH 8 für Leistungsbild Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI - LPH 2-5, teilweise LPH 8 für Leistungsbild TGA gemäß § 55 HOAI - LPH 2-5, teilweise LPH 8 für Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI sind durch den Generalübernehmer
zu erbringen.
