Stadibau awarded a contract worth €500,000 to delaossaarchitekten gmbh on 22 May 2026 for architectural planning services (design phases 1–5 under HOAI 2021) for the construction of approximately 66 subsidized residential units with around 4,320 m² of living space in Feldmoching, Munich. The project includes up to 39 underground parking spaces, implements mixed rental models combining price-dampened housing (22%) with the Munich Model (78%), and incorporates a car-reduced mobility concept with district underground garages, car-sharing, and enhanced cycling infrastructure, with district heating and rooftop photovoltaic facilities planned.
