Mit der Ausschreibung soll ein Gesamtsystem bestehend aus einer Zellenkommunikationsanlage (ZKA), einer Lichtredundanzanlage (LRA) als automatische Rückfallebene für das Hauptsystem, einem Leitstandmanagement inkl. Visualisierung und Gegensprechanlagen, Zellenterminals in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen, LED-Leuchten und IT-Komponenten (z.B. Server, Netzwerk-Switches und Schnittstellenmodule) beschafft werden. Ebenso Teil dieser Beschaffung ist die Einführung sowie der Betrieb, die Wartung und der Support dieses Systems.
