ISEK Lindlar Hauptort - Management-/Beratungsleistung (Ortsteilmanagement)

The Municipality of Lindlar awarded a contract to Stadt- und Regionalplanung Dr. Jansen GmbH for €269,328 on 1 April 2026 to provide district management services supporting the implementation of the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) for the historic town center and key areas. The contractor will supply staff to manage project communication and coordination, serve as an interface between citizens, politics, administration and planners, and oversee the communicative, organizational and substantive support for construction and non-investment measures. Key tasks include managing circular building and climate adaptation initiatives, operating a district office, conflict management, activating local actors, implementing facade and courtyard programs, and ensuring continuous project communication through various channels.
