Overview

Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Beschaffung von Oracle-Softwareprodukten, inklusive den entsprechend zugehörigen Pflege- und Supportleistungen sowie die Erbringung weiterer produktbezogener, unterstützender Dienstleistungen. Da sowohl die Beschaffung von Perpetual-Lizenzen als auch von Subscriptions vom Leistungsgegenstand erfasst ist, werden mit Zuschlagserteilung sowohl ein EVB-IT Überlassungs(rahmen)vertrag Typ A als auch ein EVB-IT Überlassungs(rahmen)vertrag Typ B abgeschlossen.
