Overview
Der Goethe-Institut e.V. plant die Vergabe eines Rahmenvertrags zur Durchführung der Jahresabschlussprüfungen gemäß den Vorschriften des HGB für die Geschäftsjahre 2025 - 2028 für den Gesamtverein Goethe-Institut e.V. sowie jeweils für die Abrechnungskreise Öffentliche Mittel und Eigenmittel. Die Beauftragung erfolgt jährlich durch den Vorstand nach Bestellung durch die Mitgliederversammlung. Ein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine Beauftragung kann daher aus dem Rahmenvertrag nicht abgeleitet werden. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Struktur des Goethe-Instituts und der geforderten Leistung ist der Anlage A "Leistungsbeschreibung" zu entnehmen.
