A framework agreement has been awarded to the consortium KK INVEST RUSE, MARELI SYSTEMS EOOD, and PELETI RUSE for the supply, installation, commissioning, and warranty service of pellet heating devices and radiators for residential use under the air quality improvement project in Ruse municipality, funded by the Environment Programme 2021–2027. The scope includes delivery and installation of approximately 2,011 pellet heaters (ranging from 6 to 40 kW) and 901 steel panel radiators in end-user properties, along with on-site training, written instructions, and 24-month warranty service. The contract was awarded on 8 July 2026 for 3,776,241.29 EUR against an estimated value of 7,385,686 BGN.
