Provision of services in support of the Transposition, Implementation, and Enforcement following the Ratification of International Conventions – TIE(R) for ENP Beneficiary Countries

The European Maritime Safety Agency awarded a contract to EY Economic and Policy Advisory Services on 17 June 2026 for providing technical assistance services to support capacity building in European Neighbourhood partner countries for transposing, implementing, and enforcing EU and international maritime legislation and conventions. The services are delivered under grant agreements with DG ENEST and DG NEAR in support of maritime safety and regulatory harmonization.
