Overview
Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance des installations électriques du campus de l’INSA de TOULOUSE.
Au regard de la diversité des types d’installations électriques du campus, 4 lots séparés ont été définis :
• LOT N° 1 : maintenance des installations électriques courants forts (hors éclairage), comprenant notamment la distribution BT (TGBT, coffrets, etc.), les onduleurs et les groupes électrogènes ;
• LOT N° 2 : maintenance des installations électriques courants faibles, comprenant notamment le contrôle d’accès des bâtiments (logiciel Synchronic, UTL, lecteur de badges, etc.), les alarmes intrusion (centrale, détecteur IR, etc.) et les Systèmes de Sécurité Incendie (détection, désenfumage, extinction automatique, etc.) ;
• LOT N° 3 : maintenance des barrières et portails automatiques ;
• LOT N° 4 : maintenance des installations photovoltaïque.
