* Service-Management und IT-Support: Umfassender Support inklusive 1st-Level-Support und Vor-Ort-Service.

* Weitere IT-Dienste: Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 und Exchange.
Der Leistungszeitraum umfasst ein Umsetzungsprojekt sowie vier Betriebsjahre, mit einer Verlängerungsoption um weitere vier Jahre.
