Overview
Die Gemeinde Emmering beabsichtigt den Neubau eines 6-gruppigen Kindergartens an der Ecke untere Au/Roggensteiner Straße in Emmerig (Fl.-Nr. 1132). Geplant werden soll ein 2-stöckiger Kindergarten nach einfachem Standard mit optionaler Unterkellerung.
Folgende Meilensteine sind geplant:
- Leistungsbeginn: 08.12.2025,
- Bauliche Fertigstellung: Ende August 2028,
Aktuell wird von Gesamtkosten i. H. v. ca. 3,0 Mio. € brutto (Kgr. 300+400, DIN 276) ausgegangen.
Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen:
