The Municipality of Harmanli has awarded a contract for engineering services (design, construction, and site supervision) for energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at Bulgaria Boulevard 31 in Harmanli. The scope includes preparation of working project documentation, author's supervision during construction, and execution of mandatory energy efficiency measures such as thermal insulation of exterior walls, roof and floor, window and door replacement, and energy-efficient lighting installation. The contract was awarded to DZZD HARMANLI 2025 for 717,853.8 EUR on 1 October 2025, with construction works to be completed by 31 January 2027.
