Overview
Le présent marché a pour objet la gestion des comptes bancaires et le traitement des opérations de décaissements et d'encaissements de la Caisse de Prévoyance et de Retraite du Personnel Ferroviaire.
Pour chaque lot, le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire s'exécutant exclusivement au moyen de bons de commande émis au fur-et-mesure de la survenance du besoin, conformément aux articles L. 2125-1 1°), R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 1°), R. 2162-5, R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
