Předmětem soutěže je navrhnout komplexní rekonstrukci bývalé 8. základní školy na Sídlišti nad Lužnicí v Táboře (Světlogorská 2771/3). Záměrem je využití budovy jako mezigeneračního centra s knihovnou, multifunkčním sálem a prostory pro volnočasové aktivity pro děti, mládež i seniory.
Vybraný tým architekta / generálního projektanta následně zpracuje všechny projektové fáze investičního záměru.
