Overview
Die Hamburg Airport Gruppe ist ein Teil öffentliches Unternehmen, an welchem die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg (kurz: FHH) mittelbar bzw. unmittelbar mehrheitlich beteiligt ist.
Gemäß der Statuten der Gesellschaften bzw. der Regularien der FHH haben die Gesellschaften Jahresabschlüsse nach den Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften aufzustellen und einem Abschlussprüfer vorzulegen. Mit dem Ende des Prüfungszyklus für die Geschäftsjahre 2020-2025 steht nunmehr die Vergabe eines neuen Prüfungszyklus und ein Wechsel der Prüfungsgesellschaften für die Geschäftsjahre ab 2026 an.
