Services to design, develop, and deliver e-learning in the field of pharmaceutical quality assessment, clinical and non clinical assessment

The European Medicines Agency awarded a contract on 21 May 2026 to six vendors—ALT VENTURES (PTY) LTD, Galileo Research srl, Klippe Learning, LATTANZIO KIBS SPA, PQE, and Quamed—to design, develop, and deliver e-learning courses and training curricula across three lots: pharmaceutical quality assessment, clinical assessment, and non-clinical assessment. The services are intended to strengthen the scientific and regulatory capacity of junior assessors at National Regulatory Authorities across Africa, with all materials to be produced in English, French, and Portuguese.
