The State Agency for Refugees procured the delivery of active electrical energy at low voltage and coordination services for a standard balancing group from an electricity trader. The contract, valued at 1,000,000 BGN (with an optional 500,000 BGN for additional objects), was awarded to MOST ENERGY AD on 15 October 2025 for a 12-month period. The scope includes energy supply registration, hourly consumption forecasting, grid registration, balancing services, and network access and transmission services charged at regulated rates.
