Overview
Die Gemeinde Reiskirchen plant die umfassende Sanierung und Erweiterung des gemein-samen Gebäudekomplexes von Feuerwehr und Bauhof in der Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße 7-9 in 35447 Reiskirchen. Der bestehende Gebäudekomplex soll modernisiert und aufge-stockt werden. Es sollen alle Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 des Leistungsbildes Technische Ausrüstung (§§ 55 Abs. 3, 56 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 zu HOAI 2021) der Anlagengruppen:
1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen,
2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen und
3. Lufttechnische Anlagen
beauftragt werden. Die Leistungen werden im Wege einer stufenweisen Beauftragung gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 1) beauftragt.
