NEO 91 2024 - Travaux de réalisation du Parc des Sports - Plateau du Heysel

Neo srl has awarded a contract to STADSBADER NV for €52,753,366.09 to construct the Sports Park on the Heizel Plateau, a approximately 10-hectare project near the Atomium in Brussels involving multiple outdoor sports fields (rugby, football, hockey, athletics, multisport), some with seating for up to 5,000 spectators, renovation and expansion of a 4,000 m² existing building for offices and indoor facilities, and comprehensive site development including landscaping, roads, stormwater management systems, parking, and play areas. The works required careful coordination with the Planetarium (on-site), adjacent attractions (King Baudouin Stadium, Atomium, Primerose Tennis Club, Mini-Europe), existing sports clubs, and utility providers, with specific phasing to ensure continuity of existing activities and timely delivery of certain facilities for international events.
