Maanrakennustyöt Senaatti-kiinteistöt ja Puolustuskiinteistöt Itä-Suomen palvelualue

Senaatti-kiinteistöt procured earthwork and related construction services for the East Finland service area of Senaatti-kiinteistöt and Puolustuskiinteistöt through a framework agreement. The contract, awarded on 4 May 2026 for a total value of 5,772.06 EUR, was awarded to twelve contractors: Jari T. Liukkonen Oy, Koneurakointi Jarkko Kosunen oy, Logistiikka ValtaVirta Oy, Maanrakennus A. Putkinen Oy, Maansiirto E. Huttunen Oy, Maarakennus Talpa Oy, Peab Industri Oy, STM Infra Oy, Terra Infra Oy, Tupala-Yhtymä Oy, VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy, and Viren-Yhtiöt Oy. The work encompasses both small hourly-rate tasks and larger fixed-price projects, with requirements for Stage IV and Euro VI emission standards and security clearance procedures.
