Ο γενικός στόχος της Σύμβασης είναι η επαρκής και επιτυχής παροχή υπηρεσιών καθαριότητας του έργου, σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προδιαγραφές αυτών. Στόχος του Δήμου είναι ο χώρος να διατηρείται ασφαλής. Το τελευταίο είναι πολύ σημαντικό για το Δήμο γιατί το έργο αυτό αποτελεί εξαιρετικό στολίδι για την πόλη της Λευκωσίας και πρέπει να παραμείνει στο ψηλό επίπεδο που έχει επιτευχθεί με την κατασκευή του.
