Negotiated Procedure for Legal Advisory Services by Qualified Consultants

The subject of this request is the provision of Legal Advisory Services by Qualified Consultants for Energy Projects managed by Interconnect Malta Limited (hereafter referred to as “the Projects”). The overall objective of this request is for Interconnect Malta Ltd. (ICM) (the ‘Contracting Authority’) to have qualified and experienced Legal Advisors to guide the Contracting Authority during the planning and study phases, state aid notification processes, meetings with EU Commission, procurement procedures, preparation of Offshore entrustment deeds, negotiating of contracts in relation to Offshore Renewable Energy Sources (RES) Project, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project and the Malta-Sicily second cable interconnector (IC2) Project.
