The District Administration of Nadezhda in Sofia procured construction and installation works for building a sidewalk and parking area on Yordan Hadjikonstantinov-Dzhinot Street between Chudomir and Gorni Poroy Streets near block 261 in the Nadezhda 2 residential complex. The contract was awarded on 10 July 2026 to UNITED PROPERTY GROUP EOOD for 64,460.26 EUR against an estimated value of 72,000 EUR, with works to be executed in compliance with Bulgarian construction regulations and quality standards.
