Malerarbeiten – Erweiterung und Sanierung Kreishaus

R + S Raum und Schrift GmbH was awarded 356,873.35 EUR on 19 May 2026 for painting and coating works on the expansion and renovation of Kreishaus Ratzeburg. The scope includes ground preparation and coating on approximately 4,500 m² of drywall, 1,000 m² of suspended ceilings, 3,000 m² of concrete and plastered wall surfaces, 1,100 m² of concrete ceilings, and 500 m² of insulation boards on walls and ceilings as part of a larger project involving a new four-storey extension and comprehensive renovation of the existing heritage-protected building from 1980.
