Overview
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Rahmenvertrag mit bis zu 6 Wirtschaftsteilnehmern für die Erbringung von Entwicklungsdienstleistungen im IT-Umfeld. Ziel ist es, für den Auftraggeber Individual-Software zu erstellen, weiterzuentwickeln, zu testen, zu warten und zu supporten. Dies kann auch die mit der Individual-Software verbundenen Middleware und andere Komponenten betreffen, die für einen ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Gesamt-Systems erforderlich sind. Ebenso sollen entwicklungsnahe Dienstleistungen im Kontext der vorgenannten Leistungen erbracht werden.
